Words and Windows Exhibition – Bump-in day

I have just arrived home from 12 hours of bump-in for the Words and Windows Exhibition which opens tomorrow morning at 10.00.

Launch day is Saturday from 2.00 – 4.00 and it was only today, as we were setting up, that it hit me how lucky I am that such a large library and gallery have honoured me by running this exhibition.

Enormous thanks must go to Kate Hansen, Arts and Culture Coordinator, Yarra Plenty Regional Library, who first conceived the idea of an exhibition of the picture books I’ve written and to everyone who has been involved both from the Yarra Plenty Library Branches, the Eltham Library Community Gallery (special thanks to Isabelle) and to Nillumbik Shire.

A few final touches tomorrow morning and then we are set.
