My Friend Tertius Reviews
I’ve got to say that I miss hard copy book reviews – those in newspapers, shiny magazines and in the local newspapers.
So I did a Google the other night and was happy to read the following reviews for My Friend Tertius, all online, but lovely all the same.
Included also is a link to a blog site where children had written their own reviews on the book, on my writing and Owen Swan’s illustrations.
As I suspected would happen, adults and children often refer to Tertius as a monkey but one of the things I point out to children is that Tertius was a gibbon, the smallest member of the ape family and therefore without a tail!
There is so much information to talk to children about in this book, not only about gibbons.
Hope you enjoy the reviews.
