Easter seems more important this year than ever – time to rejoice and hold loved-ones close, feast on chocolate and hot cross buns.
Each year I carry on with my slightly crazy tradition of making home-made chocolates and if I include the rum balls, I’ve made over 200. I’m also planning an Easter egg hunt in the garden for the little ones.
I’m thinking also of those of you who cannot celebrate Easter, maybe you are ill, possibly with Covid, or in isolation for the Easter and holiday break. Hopefully, you can still eat chocolate!
Next week I’m planning to get out into the bookshops again, with Subbie and his mate but for now wishing a very Happy Easter to all.
