A Cat Called Trim Launch Date – Sunday, 31st March The Little Bookroom
I’m very excited to announce that the book launch for ‘A Cat Called Trim’ illustrated by Craig Smith, published by Allen and Unwin and written by me will take place at The Little Bookroom at 10.30 a.m. on Sunday, March, 31st.
Although I’ve been lucky to have quite a few book signings at the LBR, I don’t believe I’ve launched a book in the Carlton North shop before, which makes it special.
Finer details will come later (and I promise there will be cake) but I’ve lifted from my bookshelf my precious copy of the book The Little Bookroom – Fifty Years with Children’s Books by Jeff Prentice. It’s copy No. 12 of the first edition of 500 and it’s signed with a message from Albert Ullin as well as Leesa, Lesley, Ian and Jeff.
I’m not a very good observer and only noticed today that the image of the black cat watching the children is everywhere in The Little Bookroom. So it seems Trim will be watching us . . . in more ways than one.
