Book Tour – Following the journey of Lennie and Ginger Mick from Leongatha to Sydney in 1932 to see the opening of the Sydney Harbour Bridge
Next week I’ll be following the journey taken by Lennie Gwyther and Ginger Mick in 1932 – but in my car, rather than riding a pony! Beginning in Leongatha at the Nextra Newsagent and Leongatha Library on Monday 22 March, I’ll journey in the footsteps of Lennie and Ginger Mick, stopping where they stopped along the way.
Book signings, talks and readings have been organised where possible through to Sydney and on the return trip I’ll be stopping at the Dog on the Tuckerbox Lolly Shop and Cafe by the Dog on the Tuckerbox statue and signing my book, The Dog on the Tuckerbox there.
