A Bookshop and a Little Dog
I’ve been spending a lot of time with publicity at Walker Books, organising a launch for my forthcoming Christmas book, ‘Little Dog and the Christmas Wish’ and a lot has been happening behind the scenes. One of my tasks has been to find exactly the right ‘Little Dog’ to be guest of honour at the launch which I can now say is to be held in the historic Block Arcade at 282 Collins Street, Melbourne. http://www.theblockarcade.com.au/ at 11.00 a.m. on Saturday 25th October. Invitations will be going out soon, but if you’d like to come along please send me an email at [email protected] (we’ll need to know numbers.)
I had to go out today to a particular bookshop, to pick up a particular book for a friend and what did I find behind the counter?
I found Harry. Harry and his lovely owner are very happy to be coming to the launch. Sometimes you just have to be in the right place at the right time and I am so glad I found him.
More about the launch, Little Dog and the Christmas Wish and more about Harry and where I found him, next week.
