Tucker Road Primary School Literacy Festival 15.3.16

Yesterday, several children’s authors and illustrators, including me, spent a wonderful day at Tucker Road Primary School in Bentleigh sharing our creative skills with students from years 3-6 and I’m fairly certain that a good time was had by all (including the presenters.) Thank you to Robyn Donoghue and Paul Collins for organising.

I was warmed to the heart with the way 3/4G had decorated their classroom to welcome me – I was surrounded by memories and comments on all of my picture books. Thank you all, but especially the students in 3/4G and their teacher for making me feel so welcome and thank you Jessica for my special gift.
